Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect my schedule, please review the following policy before booking: • Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee. If the deposit does not cover the full 50%, the remaining balance must be paid before booking another appointment. • No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Any future appointments will require the cancellation fee to be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked, and future bookings may require payment in full upfront. • Running Late Please notify me if you’re running behind. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if it impacts the remainder of the day’s schedule. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the 50% cancellation fee will apply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
